You can’t sell the tickets if the fans don’t know about the show. This workshop will dive into how to get the message out effectively in a rapidly changing digital environment. Jen is joined by two Directors of Marketing, Steph Mirsky and Kyla Lombardo, to look at the big picture of marketing right now, how data drives decisions, and how to keep a message alive when there’s a pandemic that has slammed the brakes on the entire live event industry.

I am a highly analytical and collaborative consumer marketing leader with 20+ years of success in connecting brands with customers by driving robust, integrated marketing campaigns for live events. I have always worked in music, sports or entertainment. I started my career at a large ad agency working on integrated marketing campaigns for brands that were sponsoring national concert tours and sports events. Overtime I transitioned into festival and event marketing. I have been responsible for marketing Riot Fest, Ruido Fest, Punk Rock Bowling, North Coast Music Festival, and Firefly Music Festival.

Virtual Tip Jar

If you find value in the workshops, and have the means, I’d greatly appreciate a tip to keep this workshop machine running. I will donate a portion of all proceeds to help roadies out of work during the pandemic. Thank you!

Jen Kellogg

I’ve spent over 25 adventurous years in the concert industry as a roadie, educator and entrepreneur. Sometimes I’m one part of the large machine that gets a huge show on stage for an arena full of excited fans. Other times I’m teaching the next generation of our industry so they can further their own careers. At all times my goal is to make memorable experiences with great people while bringing a little extra joy and value to people’s lives.
